meditate • write • connect

It’s not about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering who you are.

Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by the journey of self-discovery?

Do you find yourself—

  • Overthinking every decision and doubting your inner voice?

  • Constantly seeking validation from others to feel “enough”?

  • Struggling to uncover or refine your life purpose?

  • Feeling isolated as you awaken to deeper truths about yourself?

It’s time to break free.

The Write Your Self Open workshop intensive blends
creative expression, spiritual practices,
and group-supported personal growth—
in a one-day session.

Write Your Self Open combines the best of:

Why Meditation, Writing, and Discussion?

  • A ceramic oil diffuser with a lit candle on top, designed in the shape of a face with openwork holes, is illuminated by the candlelight in a dimly lit room.

    Guided Meditation

Gently access the wisdom of your subconscious, where your deepest insights reside. It’s like holding a flashlight in the darkest corners of your mind and soul.

  • Open blank notebook with a wooden pencil resting on top, placed on a wooden surface.

    Writing

A powerful tool to bridge the subconscious and conscious, helping you process, clarify, and take action on your deepest truths.

  • Silhouettes of ten people standing on a hill at sunset with dramatic clouds and vibrant colors in the sky.

    Group Discussion

No one should navigate the path to self-discovery alone. Share and grow in a safe, supportive environment that encourages authenticity and connection, guided by a seasoned therapist.

Why connect with your Highest Self?

When you unlock your Highest Self, you unlock clarity, confidence, and inner peace.

Say goodbye to—

  • Overthinking and second-guessing yourself

  • Constantly needing approval from others

  • Feeling isolated or lost on your path

  • Therapy that gives you insights but no practical tools

  • Confidence in your decisions and life purpose

  • A deep sense of self-worth, rooted in your inner truth

  • A creative spark that lights the way forward

  • Connection with a supportive community of kindred spirits

Instead, experience—

YES! I definitely recommend this course. Rachel is a skilled, authentic, generous guide who offers helpful insights. The guided meditations and related reflections are so revealing and helpful; sharing with others feels validating and inspiring. This course feels like a beautiful gateway to writing and reflecting more, trusting and merging with Higher Self and Inner Guide—and realizing and savoring wisdom within, in the world, and in others.

Erika M. Schreck

I attended the Write Yourself Open course to dedicate time to work on myself. One of the best parts of this class was the fact that we do guided meditations; I don't meditate on a regular basis, so "forcing" myself to do it was amazing because I was able to discover things about myself and my work that I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. What's really special is that in each session, we have the chance to reflect and share openly. There is something magical in the act of sharing and listening to others' experiences and perspectives.

Rachel is exceedingly knowledgeable, supportive, and personal. She gave us spiritual and practical ways to apply our gifts.

With years of experience guiding creatives and spiritual seekers, I specialize in helping people break free from emotional burnout and reconnect with their true selves.

Through a blend of coaching, creative tools, and mindfulness practices, I’ve supported hundreds of individuals in finding confidence, clarity, and purpose. In 2012, I created Write Your Self Open to offer a revolutionary alternative to therapy that’s as dynamic and creative as you are. Since then, I’ve taught it in person and online—most recently, LightNet’s Holomovement Purpose Lab in 2024.

I can’t wait to share this transformational intensive with you.
