Session Rates

All counseling + coaching sessions are held via phone or video.

  • Individuals: 30-minute or 45-minute sessions
    ($150 to $200, depending on length and location)

    • ✨ NEW 4-hour Foundation of Self intensive
      In-depth 1:1 workshop that includes counseling, personalized meditation + training, reflective writing, processing, and practical integration of new awareness
      ($750, video only)

  • Couples: 50-minute sessions
    ($250, video only)

Insurance

NYS residents:
Limited insurance accepted: Aetna, Centivo, Cigna/Evernorth, Empire BlueCross BlueShield, and United Healthcare/Oxford/Optum.
